Jack is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on accidents that occur in the workplace and industrial disease claims.

He regular litigates on behalf of claimants who have developed asbestos-related diseases including mesothelioma, asbestosis, lung cancer and pleural thickening. He recently obtained a settlement of £180,000 within 5 months of being instructed for a claimant who had developed mesothelioma.

He acts exclusively for claimants and specialises in bringing claims on behalf of trade union members employed in the transport sector.

He also has experience of acting for claimants in professional negligence claims against their former solicitors.

Jack is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
